For T-Mobile Sidekick 3 or ID, Blackberry 8705 and 8800 Orders, If you wish to add insurance (protection plan) to your account - Please call T-Mobile to add to your account right away when you received your new device. T-Mobile will not accept after 7 days from date of activation.

 

Rebates Information

For T-Mobile Rebates, All Package come with Rebate Coupon. If not in this package, then please go to T-Mobile's Rebate program to print out or fill out rebate online: http://www.tmobilerebates.com

For all other rebates that offered by Inphonic, all rebate coupons already come with your receipt (attached). If missed then please contact Inphonic via Telephone, the information is on your receipt.
