Accessory department guarantees the condition
of any accessories product listed on our
site. We take great care in the way we package
all our items; and we assure you that your
order will arrive undamaged and in the condition
we describe on the site. Our goal is your
satisfaction.
All
accessory orders placed before 2 pm will
ship out the same day, or your shipping will
be free! This Guarantee does not include
products are out of stock, credit or debit
card declined, misaddress, or other cases
that behind our control. It is good for Mondays
to Thursday Only, it is not include Friday,
Saturdays or Sundays also any Federal Holidays
or closed due to weather.

returned product for refund or exchange,
will be processed in 48 hours or less after
we received. See our return policy below.
Shipping
Address Notice: We only
use your Paypal addresses due to insurance
reason. We cannot ship to different than
Paypal address that print on label. If
you want to ship to different address,
you need to change the address via your
PayPal account.

30 day money-back guarantee
When
you receive your merchandise, please do not
write on the product forms or packaging,
fill out the warranty card, or damage the
box or product in any way until you know
that your product works and that you want
to keep it.
Our 30 day money-back guarantee (for general products)
means as much to us as it does to you. Our goal is for our customers
to be 100% satisfied. However, if you need to return an item within 30
days, the product must be sent back in ORIGINAL “LIKE
NEW” CONDITION packaged in the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER’S BOX, or
you will be charged a restocking fee. Returning items in original condition
will help keep future costs lower for our customers. We will not accept
any merchandise that already worn out, used, damaged, loses, teamed,
and stretches.
For returns or exchanges, please e-mail our Customer Service Department
at supportacces@deafpagers.com for
a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.). Repack the merchandise
carefully and in original condition. Include any instruction manuals,
warranty card, etc. Wrap the box in brown paper so the original box
is unaltered. Send the merchandise, packing slip and completed returns
form prepaid and insured to:

Make
sure include copy of receipt/Invoice
and printed the our email message that
instruct you to return.
Returns
will NOT be accepted after thirty (30)
days from the date of shipment. In the
event that 30 days pass from the date of
shipment, you are advised to follow the
manufacturer’s warranty instructions
for repair service. The item must be in
the original carton and in “like
new” condition, with all parts, instruction
manuals, and R.M.A. included, to receive
a refund. An exchange or in-store credit
will be issued if this criteria is not
met. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Special order purchases, opened videotapes,
and computer disks and software are not
refundable unless defective. We reserve
the right to charge a restocking fee for
returns/exchanges.
